VENDOR SIGN-UP:
Chocolates/ Edible Sweets Vendors:
10 x 10 booth: Complimentary!
Each booth includes 1 8-ft table.
Chocolate / Edible Sweets Vendors should supply a minimum of 500 product samples.
You need to be approved by our staff in advance in order to set up.
You may bring your own tent, or rent one through us ($120 for 10 x 10 pop-up).
You may bring your own extra tables or rent them from us ($20 each) .
Electricity is available to a very limited number of vendors ($35).
Chocolate - Themed Gift Vendors
10 x 10 booth: $50
Each booth includes 1 8-ft table.
Limit 5 gift booths maximum at this Festival.
No gift booths will be allowed, without a direct and obvious chocolate tie-in.

Vendor set up 8 - 10 am; Tear-down at 5 - 7 pm.
Important Vendor Notes:
This is an outdoor fair. Vendors are highly encouraged to bring a tent.
No staking into the ground - Tents must be weighted.
Average high temp. for this week is about 71 degrees - beautiful.
REFUNDS AVAILABLE IF WEATHER PREVENTS YOU FROM ATTENDING.
We can refund your booth fee and electricity fee at any time.
We cannot refund tent and table rental fees unless you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
All Vendors who are SELLING must obtain a Winter Park sales license - $60 and good for one year.
Turnaround is typically 7 - 10 business days.
If you are only sampling - not selling, no license is required.
Sales Tax forms for Winter Park and the State of Colorado will be available at set-up.
Taste Tickets
Admission to the Winter Park Chocolate Festival is FREE! We're expecting a great turnout!
In order to control the free sampling, attendees will be asked to purchase Taste Tickets: $10 for 10 Tastes Tickets.
Vendors: You can control your sampling, and handle the Taste Tickets as you wish. You may give one taste per ticket, or you may allow several tastes per ticket. Each vendor can decide, based on their own needs and the size of samples provided. At the end of the Festival, you can turn in your taste tickets at Registration to recive $1 for every 5 tickets. This way, you actually get paid for sampling.
The Taste Ticket model has been used successfully at many chocolate festivals and food fairs in the US and abroad.
